A pre-engineered building arrives as an engineered steel package sized to standard spans and heights. It is the quickest, cheapest route to a big clear-span building — as long as somebody erects it properly. That part is what we do.
We size the building around your plan rather than fitting your plan to a stock package. Span, height, door sizes, roof pitch, porches and openings all get decided before anything is ordered — which is why they don't turn into change orders later.
Most owners come to us with a rough footprint and a budget. We walk the lot, tell you honestly what it will take, and put the number in writing.
What's included
- Package ordered to your span, height and loading
- Anchor bolts set to the engineered drawings
- Frame raised, plumbed and braced
- Roof, wall panel, trim and gutters
- Openings framed for your doors
- Site cleared and swept before hand-over
What drives the price
We don't publish a price per square foot, because the number would be wrong for almost everybody who read it. These are the things that actually move a quote up or down — worth thinking about before you call.

Should I choose pre-engineered or custom?
If your building is a straightforward rectangle in a standard span, pre-engineered is usually faster and cheaper. If your lot, your roofline or your door sizes are unusual, a custom frame ends up costing less than fighting a package that nearly fits.
Can you erect a kit I have already bought?
Yes, and we do it regularly. Send us the drawings and the parts list and we will quote the erection. We will also flag anything in the package that looks short or wrong before you are standing in a field with it.
How long does erection take?
Once the slab is cured and the steel is on site, a straightforward building goes up quickly. The schedule is driven far more by delivery lead time and weather than by our crew, and we put the dates in writing with the quote.
Do you supply the package as well?
We can order the package for you from our suppliers, or you can buy it yourself and have us put it up. Either way you get one crew responsible for the building standing straight.
