The difference
Built on site. Not shipped in a box.
Most metal building companies sell you a package and hand you a manual. We buy our steel from suppliers the same way everyone in this trade does — and then our own crew raises the building, sheets it, trims it and finishes the roof.
That is why we can take on the shapes and details a catalogue building can't handle. The copper turret alongside is our own crew's work.

We are based in Waco and build throughout McLennan County and Central Texas — Hewitt, Woodway, Robinson, Lorena, China Spring, McGregor, Temple and Gatesville among them. We travel elsewhere in Texas for the right job, so call and ask.
Do you build residential and commercial?
Both. Barndominiums, shops, garages and carports for property owners, and warehouses, retail units and light industrial buildings for businesses. The same crew builds all of it.
Do you put the buildings up yourselves?
Yes. We buy our steel from suppliers, the same as everyone in this industry does, and then our own crew erects and finishes the building. Nothing structural gets handed off to whoever happened to be free that week.
Can you build from my own plans?
Yes. Bring plans, a sketch or photos of something you liked. We size the building around your layout instead of asking you to fit your layout into a stock catalogue building.
Do you handle site prep and concrete?
We coordinate site prep and concrete with contractors we work with regularly, and we set the anchor bolts ourselves so the frame lands where it should. On the site visit we will tell you exactly who does what.
How do I get a quote?
Call (254) 266-5317 and describe the building. If it looks like a fit we walk your lot, usually within the week, and put the price in writing. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
