We size the building around your plan rather than fitting your plan to a stock package. Span, height, door sizes, roof pitch, porches and openings all get decided before anything is ordered — which is why they don't turn into change orders later.
Most owners come to us with a rough footprint and a budget. We walk the lot, tell you honestly what it will take, and put the number in writing.

What drives the price
We don't publish a price per square foot, because the number would be wrong for almost everybody who read it. These are the things that actually move a quote up or down — worth thinking about before you call.

What is the difference between a custom and a pre-engineered building?
A pre-engineered building comes as an engineered package sized from a catalogue of standard spans and heights. A custom building is designed around your dimensions. Custom costs more per square foot but fits lots and uses that a standard package cannot.
How wide can you go without interior posts?
Clear spans past 60 feet are routine. Past that the frame gets heavier and the price climbs quickly, so it is worth telling us what you are storing or parking inside — sometimes a single interior line of posts saves real money with no practical downside.
Can you build to my own engineered plans?
Yes. Send the plans over and we will price them as drawn. If we think something can be built more simply for less money, we will say so before you commit.
Do you handle permits?
It depends on the county and whether your build is inside city limits. We will tell you on the site visit what your lot needs and who normally pulls it, so nothing stalls once steel is on the ground.
What colours can I choose?
Standard panel comes in a wide range of colours, and roof, walls, wainscot and trim can all be different. Most owners pick a dark roof with lighter walls, or match a house already on the property.
