We size the building around your plan rather than fitting your plan to a stock package. Span, height, door sizes, roof pitch, porches and openings all get decided before anything is ordered — which is why they don't turn into change orders later.
Most owners come to us with a rough footprint and a budget. We walk the lot, tell you honestly what it will take, and put the number in writing.

What drives the price
We don't publish a price per square foot, because the number would be wrong for almost everybody who read it. These are the things that actually move a quote up or down — worth thinking about before you call.

Carport or garage — which do I need?
A carport keeps sun and hail off for a fraction of the cost. A garage adds security and a lockable, dust-free space. Many owners start with an open cover framed so sides can be added later, which is cheaper than rebuilding.
How tall does an RV cover need to be?
Measure your RV including the air conditioner on the roof, then add clearance for the drive-in. Most owners end up wanting more height than they first guessed, and adding it later means a new frame.
Do carports need a concrete slab?
Not always. We anchor to a slab where there is one, and to piers or ground anchors where there is not. What matters is that the anchoring suits your soil and the wind loading, because an under-anchored cover is the one that ends up in the neighbour's field.
Can you attach a cover to my house?
Yes, and we flash it properly where it meets the existing roof so you do not get a leak at the join. That detail is where most attached covers go wrong.
